In 2024, ownership transitioned to Byron Johnson, a well-known entrepreneur and basketball enthusiast in Tampa Bay. Byron, supported by a talented team, is committed to elevating the Titans with an exciting brand of basketball and a loyal fan base. The team, rooted in the community, features a roster largely composed of local Tampa Bay talent.

Focused on a hard-nosed, defensive coaching philosophy that emphasizes teamwork and resilience, the front office includes Byron Johnson as Team Market Owner, Dominique Lee as President, Darryl Hepburn as General Manager, and Robert Geier as Head Coach. Together, they are building a winning culture and striving for success in their inaugural season under new leadership.

With home games at the state-of-the-art Skill Center, founded by John Arroyo, Chris Ward, and Celeste Roberts, the Titans aim to inspire fans, make a deep playoff run, and give back to the community through outreach programs.
