Coach OJ White brings elite experience, intensity, and a true player-development mindset to the Tampa Bay Titans. A standout 1,000-point scorer at the high school level and a collegiate contributor at Barry University, Coach White has competed and won at multiple levels before dedicating himself to developing the next generation of talent in the Tampa Bay community.
Coach OJ White joins the Tampa Bay Titans as an Assistant Coach, bringing a wealth of playing and coaching experience rooted right here in the Tampa Bay area.
A standout performer at the high school level, Coach White etched his name in the record books as a 1,000-point scorer — a milestone that speaks to both his skill and his work ethic on the court. He went on to continue his career at Barry University in Miami, where he contributed to a conference championship run, adding a winning pedigree to his already impressive résumé.
Following his collegiate career, Coach White returned home to compete professionally with the Tampa Rain, gaining high-level experience that would later shape his approach to coaching and player development. When his playing days concluded, he made the commitment to pour back into the community that helped build him.
Since transitioning to coaching, Coach White has dedicated himself to developing youth and middle school athletes across the Tampa Bay area. His most recent chapter saw him lead his team to a district championship, demonstrating that his competitive drive and winning mentality translate just as powerfully from the sideline.
With a passion for player development and a deep commitment to growth, Coach White is a natural fit for the Titans culture. He looks forward to bringing his energy, experience, and championship mindset to Tampa Bay this season.
