Marcos has been involved in the Basketball world from a very young age. Son of a Basketball coach, he’s been using his Basketball skill & knowledge for over 25 years as a player and over 12 years as a Coach/Scout.
Marcos possesses an Associate’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting, which he uses to find ways to win on and off the court with talent, analytics and cost-efficient methods of running a team. He is a Certified Basketball Coach through the National Alliance of Youth Sports and has a certification in Basketball General Management & Scouting through Sports Management Worldwide.
